The noodles are on the thinner side, but have a lovely chew and snap, and come at a generous portion for a well-matched broth to noodle ratio. Meat lovers will appreciate the tender, juicy, and smoky pieces of chashu pork; the secret is the swim the slices take in a sous-vide bath before being done on the grill. Pair that with the rich flavored broth, the snappy noodles, the sweet corn and bright bite of green onion, and you’ve got a to-die-for bowl of ramen at Wei Ramen.

"Incredibly clean, friendly, and fresh! We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, pork gyoza, tempura shumai, pork bun, and macha bubble milk tea. Everything was so fresh; the broth in the tonkotsu was incredibly creamy and rich in flavor and the pork paired with it only elevated it. The gyoza and tempura shumai were very fresh and crispy. It tasted homemade and my partner and I could not get enough of it. The milk tea was very rich and the perfect blend of milk tea so it's not too sweet and overpowering. I wish I had came here sooner. They are incredibly friendly and I highly recommend. 11/10 across the board."

"Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Edamame, Tonkotsu Ramen and a Sapporo.. oh my gosh this place is incredible. I’ve tried a few of the other staple ramen places around this area and I will say this is 10/10 my recommendation. Customer service was exuberant and outstanding. Food was incredible.
